We are looking for a passionate and result-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, content, internal linking, etc.) for search engine visibility.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend fixes (site speed, crawlability, indexing issues).
- Execute off-page SEO strategies including backlink acquisition and outreach campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Generate SEO performance reports and track KPIs such as rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and other marketing team members.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven SEO experience (Fresher roles can skip this).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (WordPress preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with local SEO, schema markup, and mobile SEO.
- Knowledge of paid marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or SEO is an advantage.
